Crafted from heirloom Ethiopian varieties grown at high altitudes (1800–1920 MASL) on the Chelba farms of Yirgacheffe, the washed beans produce a clean cup brimming with delicate jasmine and lime notes. Tart fruit acidity adds a bright touch, while a smooth toffee-like finish rounds out every sip.

Funded in 2013 by James Fowler, Sugar House Distillery was created as a line of true grain-to-glass spirits by choosing only the finest ingredients available in the industry. The distillery team uses  Grade A molasses for rum and locally-grown corn to make bourbon. They focus on making quality sourcing a priority from the start by carefully monitoring and balancing the profile of each spirit every step of the way. Taking only the vibrant heart of the spirit run, and bottling to proof in our distillery with the purest mountain water.
