Dr. Karla Pires, equipped with a Bachelor’s degree and a PhD, brings her expertise and deep understanding of the scientific intricacies behind coffee production.

Dr. Karla Maria Pereira Pires is a highly accomplished scientist and researcher who has made significant contributions to the field of Cardiopulmonary Disease Research in both Brazil and the United States. After her successful journey in the world of science, Dr. Karla Maria Pereira Pires encountered another passion that would add a flavorful twist to her life. It was during this time that she met her soulmate, Marcio Buffolo, and together they discovered a shared love for craft brewing. The captivating world of craft brewing, with its diverse flavor profiles and innovative techniques, ignited Karla’s creative spirit and inspired me to explore new possibilities. As she delved deeper into the art of brewing, she could not help but draw parallels between the intricate flavor combinations in beer and the potential to infuse those flavors into other beloved beverages.
